- Lead and manage the Two Wheeler Finance-Collection department, overseeing collection activities and strategies.
- Ensure timely and efficient recovery of loan payments, implementing effective collection processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management, with a proven track record of successful recovery strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in collection software and tools, as well as data analysis techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to collection practices.
