Job Description:Lead finance and reporting initiatives for banking clients, applying deep banking domain and regulatory expertise.Own endtoend finance data migration workstreams, including mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and cutover using migration tools.Drive FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights for management.Oversee monthend and yearend financial closing processes to ensure timely, accurate statutory and management reporting.Design and manage MIS dashboards and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and Thinkcell to support datadriven decisionmaking.Lead ERP finance workstreams, including CoA design, transition, data migration, configuration, and postgolive stabilization.Implement and enhance FP&A, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks to improve performance management.Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring robust financial reporting, controls, and compliance.Manage financial and treasury reporting and review finance operating models to optimize processes, controls, and governance.Lead crossfunctional teams and mentor juniors to deliver finance transformation, reporting, and analytics initiatives effectively.
