Key Result Areas (KRA) - Senior Sales Manager- Drive revenue growth by acquiring national and premium brands with a strong Pan-India presence for 360-degree marketing and strategic partnerships.- Identify and develop business opportunities in key sectors such as real estate, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, FMCG, and allied industries.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, marketing heads, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and strategic collaborations.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the client base and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.- Pitch integrated marketing solutions including influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, brand activations, content marketing, and AI-based video offerings.- Strengthen the organization's brand positioning by representing the company at networking events, industry forums, and corporate meetings.- Generate a strong and consistent sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, production, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement through proactive relationship management and solution-driven approach.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to improve sales strategies and drive growth.- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates to support leadership in decision-making.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 3-5years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, or integrated marketing.- Strong experience in corporate sales, national brand acquisition, and real estate or premium brand partnerships preferred.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
