- Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for diverse clients.
- Maintain brand consistency in design, copy, and tone of voice across all creatives and campaigns.
- Research and implement trends, formats, and ideas relevant to each client’s industry.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns including paid ads, organic growth, and engagement strategies.
- Track and report performance metrics; suggest optimizations for better results.
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure all creatives meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Prepare clear design briefs with brand colors, logos, and content references.
- Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery and approval cycles.
- Liaise with clients for content approvals, feedback, and reporting.
- Follow internal SOPs for content creation, approvals, and posting.
- Proactively flag delays, design mismatches, or campaign bottlenecks before they affect timelines.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO basics, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
- Eye for detail in brand identity and design consistency.
- Knowledge of AI-based marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (agency experience preferred)
