This role requires adeptness in project management and technical proficiency in related software and tools.Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and designing plans ensuring precision in residential project implementation.
A strong understanding of construction project management processes to efficiently oversee project timelines and budgets.
Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to facilitate design and construction management processes for residential structures.
Capability in using Microsoft Project for effective planning, scheduling, and tracking of project progress and resources.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards to ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and reduce risks.
Competence in blueprint reading to interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately for construction guidance.
Hands-on experience as a site engineer in residential projects (Mandatory skill) to oversee construction activities and ensure project objectives are met.
Advanced technical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced residential construction environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the site to ensure adherence to project blueprints and engineering standards.
Manage project schedules and budget allocations to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness in all phases of construction.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of safety and workmanship in line with OSHA regulations.
Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and timely resolutions.
Utilize AutoCAD and BIM tools for planning and design modifications to enhance project outcomes and compliance with specifications.
Document technical information and prepare comprehensive reports to update project progress for management and client review.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members and contractors to ensure skillful execution of construction activities.
Identify and resolve any engineering issues promptly to minimize project disruptions and enhance operational efficiency.
