- Own and close complex deals in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Lead multi-threaded deals with CXOs and senior stakeholders .
- Execute strategic outbound motions alongside inbound opportunities.
- Leverage MEDDPICC, SPICED, Value Prompter , or similar methodologies for high-impact discovery and deal progression.
- Articulate clear ROI and business value during sales conversations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to feedback learnings from the field.
- Deep understanding of our product, ICP, and competitive landscape.
- Ownership of sales pipeline with qualified mid-market/enterprise opportunities.
- Execute at least 5 high-quality, multi-threaded demos/discoveries weekly.
- Progress multiple deals to late-stage pipeline using structured sales process.
- 2+ years of experience SaaS sales closing experience into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Deep customer-first mindset —you advocate for their success before your own.
- Proven experience running multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals with CXOs .
- Strong command on consultative approach and value-based selling.
- Experience selling into US and/or UK markets .
- Track record of consistent quota attainment and sales excellence.
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) , sales enablement tools , and other sales platforms.
