- Value adds from a product/solution knowledge perspective
- Understands Motorola’s products and is involved in making presentations to end-customers
- Involved in understanding customer requirements and proposing the right solution to the end customer
- Works extensively with the partner to position the solution and demonstrate the same to the end customer.
- Imparts periodic training to the partners to upgrade skills and focuses upon partner enablement to handle complex implementations
- Helps position Motorola’s core strategy with the end customers, talk about Motorola’s solutions portfolio with the end customers/partners
- Responsible for growing the market alongwith the business team
- Co-ordinates technical support for projects being implemented by partners
- Works with key regulatory agencies for necessary product approvals
- A Bachelor’s of Engineering degree is required, having studied telecommunications
- Seeking minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture.
- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies
- Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security is highly desirable.
- Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
- Attention to detail and a flawless execution mind-set.
