Industry: Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Industrial ChemicalsRoles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business and marketing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals.Identify and tap into new markets, industries, and customer segments for targeted chemical products.Strengthen brand awareness and expand market share in existing and new geographies.Cultivate and manage long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and after-sales service.Deepen product knowledge and discover new uses and applications for existing chemical solutions.Provide actionable market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.Convert high-potential leads into contractual customers; identify and communicate new value propositions.Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of orders.Lead regular business reviews, manage order risks, and support operational excellence at the branch level.Collaborate across departments (technical, finance, logistics) for receivable management and issue resolution.QualificationsEducation:MBA in Marketing or International Business with a Chemical backgroundB.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. + M.Sc. in Chemistry (major), or BE/ME in ChemicalExperience:1–5 years of relevant experienceExperience in the sales and marketing of Strong Acids, Basic Chemicals, or related industrial chemicals is preferredKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of the chemical industry and industrial sales cycleExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify market trends and convert opportunities into salesStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel and engage in field-based customer development
