- Develop equivalent circuit models (e.g., RC models) for battery cells to simulate electrical behavior
- Design and implement thermal models to analyze and optimize heat dissipation in battery systems
- Build system-level battery pack models for electrical and thermal performance evaluation
- Perform cycle life modeling to predict battery degradation under different operating conditions
- Develop derating algorithms to optimize battery performance and longevity based on thermal and electrical constraints
- Conduct simulations to evaluate the impact of different charging and discharging profiles on battery life
- Analyze experimental data to validate simulation models and refine parameters
- Optimize battery thermal management strategies for improved efficiency and safety
- Based on simulation result, advise on design or process optimization
- Participate in knowledge sharing within the team

- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent engineering
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CAE, Battery modules
- Strong experience 1D Multiphysics process modelling & simulation.
- Strong Programming knowledge in Python and MATLAB
