- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and guidelines for our agrochemical products
- Prepare and submit registration dossiers for new products and maintain existing product registrations
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments in the agrochemical industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate data necessary for regulatory submissions
- Coordinate with external partners, regulatory authorities, and agencies to resolve any regulatory issues or inquiries
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams
- Participate in industry conferences and meetings to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in agrochemical regulatory affairs
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agrochemical regulatory affairs
- In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations and guidelines for agrochemical products
- Strong understanding of the registration process and requirements for agrochemical products
- Experience in preparing and submitting registration dossiers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in regulatory software and databases.
