- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
- Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new business opportunities and support project execution.
- Spend at least two hours daily on-site at retail locations to provide customer support and drive sales.
- Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to enhance coordination and performance.
- Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports through the designated online portal.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license (mandatory for field operations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP, Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants). Freshers or candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with demonstrable sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
