This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle complex datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Job DescriptionFinancial Planning & Analysis: Input and manage financial data related to Plan, Estimate, and Long-Range Plan (LRP) into our internal planning systems such as Apptio, Vena or excel models.Data Reconciliation: Reconcile data from various systems such as SAP, Clarity, Workday, etc. Identify discrepancies, conduct analysis, and collaborate with the finance team to resolve issues.Variance Reporting: Identify and report on variances/changes by reconciling data with source systems like SAP & Clarity.Provide in-depth analysis of deviations.Expense Management: Oversee operating expenses for various departments including sales, operations, analytics, and commercial support organizations that drive key distribution channels.Analytical Reporting: Generate year-over-year, quarter-over-quarter, and month-to-date analysis comparing actual results against Plan/Estimate metrics for key expense accounts such as Labor, Travel & Entertainment, Professional Fees, Repairs & Maintenance.Collaboration With Finance Team: Partner with the IT Finance team to ensure timely updates to estimates and provide monthly financial reporting to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis within a large corporation or global business service environment.Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc..Analytical Reporting: Generate year-over-year, quarter-over-quarter, and month-to-date analysis comparing actual results against Plan/Estimate metrics for key expense accounts such as Labor, Travel & Entertainment, Professional Fees, Repairs & Maintenance.Collaboration With Finance Team: Partner with the IT Finance team to ensure timely updates to estimates and provide monthly financial reporting to senior management.What Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
