Lead the sales team and channel partners in the assigned Zone Accountable for sales revenue target forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives Plan, organize, direct and control distributor staff to meet these objectives. Monitor their daily/weekly/periodic performance and compare it with that months objective. Communicate regularly with all distributors of assigned territory/zone. Maintains direct personal contact with all key stake holders such as Channel Partners (CP) and retailers and responds in a timely manner (24 hours or less) to all requests for information or requirements/issues. Efficiently manage the channel partners Develop and manage channel through partner engagements to drive revenues.
