- Security & Safety Management:
- Oversee daily security operations and access control.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management.
- Liaise with local authorities (e.g., police) and security vendors.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance:
- Supervise daily cleaning activities across all areas, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and external premises.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
- Coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams for prompt resolution of repair issues.
- Pantry & Hospitality Services:
- Oversee pantry and cafeteria services, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
- Manage the inventory and replenishment of pantry and cleaning supplies (e.g., toiletries, coffee, snacks).
- Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings, events, and VIP client visits.
- Vendor & Staff Coordination:
- Manage and supervise internal staff and outsourced vendor teams, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service performance, inventory, and expenses.
- Manage budgets and track costs for related services.
- Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in facilities management, hotel management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Typically 2-7 years of experience in facility service management, corporate hospitality, or a similar role. Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to interact with staff, vendors, and clients effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software for reporting and inventory tracking.
