- At least 12 years of overall digital product design experience in a creative-focused digital agency, in-house product team at a leading brand, or in a product development company or startup.
- At least 3 years of management experience leading a team of design talent.
- A diverse and distinguished portfolio of integrated digital product work, with an ideal focus or in-depth experience in digital marketing and commerce environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills for effective communication with international team members.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 10+ years of experience in information architecture and experience design.
- Portfolio shows applied knowledge of usability, user-centered design, and content strategy with logical and creative thinking. XD documents include sitemaps, flows, and wireframes.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills; can present and explain XD directions to a broad audience; and can contribute effectively during all phases of an interactive project.
- Fluent in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback with the ability to use analytics and user testing to inform the process.
- Extensive experience with connections and content strategy and platform design, from large-scale marketing sites to transactional commerce sites.
- Proficient in Web and app experience design and are familiar with current development technologies.
- Understands the requirements of the creative process, including typical time and resources needed to produce quality work.
- Experience leading and developing a team of individual contributors.
- Ability to work at a strategic and execution level within a matrixed organization.
- Seeks to understand different perspectives and cultures and contributes to a work climate where differences are valued and supported.
