Leveraging the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, we work collaboratively with other cyber & risk teams to ensure our cybersecurity solutions align with customers' business objectives and deliver real-world impact. Team members are involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from initial planning and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. We are committed to fostering a culture of research, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.Essential Functions:Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and services.Develop automation tools to reduce manual work and improve system efficiency.Monitor application and infrastructure performance using observability tools. Set up alerts and dashboards.Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analyses.Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and ensure safe, rapid delivery of features.Work with the engineering teams to plan, review, and execute production releases.Identify system bottlenecks and optimize for performance.Conducted root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement in system reliability and performance.Contribute to security and compliance efforts.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science) or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with SRE automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
Strong skills in Linux/Unix system administration and networking.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
Experience with encryption technologies, key management, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
AWS Certified
Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies
Cybersecurity domain knowledge
Experience with using latest GenAI tools
