- Monitor investment risks through continuous project tracking, bill certification, and compliance reviews.
- Possess strong knowledge of development regulations, approvals, FAR/FSI norms, and building approval processes.
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates covering civil, MEP, finishing, infrastructure, consultant fees, and allied construction costs.
- Conduct site visits to gather primary information, monitor progress, review safety and quality practices, and report non-compliances.
- Develop BOQ-level estimations, rate analysis, and certify bills for executed works.
- Review contracts, procurement status, construction schedules, sales MIS, and escrow accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare cashflows and budgets for residential, commercial, and township projects while evaluating risk parameters and ratings.
- Coordinate with consultants, manage assignments, and ensure high-quality deliverables with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering/Architecture, or MBA in Construction Management/Real Estate, with 2-3 years of experience in project management or bill certification.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office, MSP/Primavera, and strong knowledge of financial terms, project cost estimation, and real estate regulations (FAR/FSI, approvals, compliance).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex business/financial data, conduct risk assessments, and develop innovative solutions with attention to detail.
- Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration abilities; capable of managing assignments, coordinating consultants, and ensuring deliverable quality.
- Industry Experience: Prior exposure to consulting firms, IPCs, real estate advisory firms, or developers, with hands-on involvement in Indian real estate projects and site-based deployment.
- Work directly on large-scale real estate projects, gaining practical experience in investment risk monitoring, project approvals, and bill certification.
- Strengthen expertise in project management, financial analysis, construction regulations, and advanced tools like MSP/Primavera.
- Build a strong foundation in real estate advisory and consulting, positioning yourself for leadership opportunities in the sector.
- Partner with consultants, developers, and stakeholders, enhancing interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Contribute to high-value projects by ensuring compliance, monitoring risks, and delivering insights that shape business outcomes.
