VCF ARIA L3 EngineerLocation: Bangalore, India (Inferred)Workplace Type: Hybrid (Inferred)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VCF ARIA L3 Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's multi-cloud management and automation platform. You will leverage your expertise in VMware Aria Suite, including Aria Automation, Aria Operations (vROps), Aria Operations for Logs (Log Insight), Aria Guardrails, and Aria Cost (CloudHealth), to deliver self-service infrastructure, optimize performance, ensure security, and manage costs across our cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in VMware vSphere, NSX-T networking, vSAN storage, and automation scripting, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale production server environments.Key Responsibilities

Design and manage VMware Aria Automation to deliver self-service infrastructure through cloud templates (blueprints) and automated workflows.
Utilize VMware Aria Operations (vROps) for predictive analytics, capacity planning, and workload optimization to ensure high levels of uptime and reliability.
Administer VMware Aria Operations for Logs (Log Insight) to collect and analyze log data for troubleshooting and security auditing across the environment.
Implement Aria Guardrails to scale multi-cloud environments with automated security controls and native compliance management.
Leverage Aria Cost (CloudHealth) to track resource consumption, optimize budgets, and implement automated financial governance.
Perform installation (via OVF/OVA), regular patching, upgrades, and security hardening of all Aria Suite components.
Provide remote system administration support.
Automate and reduce manual efforts through scripting and tooling.
Support technical tasks and incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in large-scale Production Support Server Environments.
Strong proficiency in Wintel – ARIA suite / VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
Expertise in VMware Aria Automation, Aria Operations (vROps), Aria Operations for Logs (Log Insight), Aria Guardrails, and Aria Cost (CloudHealth).
Solid understanding of VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter), NSX-T networking, and vSAN storage.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell (PowerCLI), Python, or JavaScript.
Experience in automation and reduction of manual efforts through Scripting/tools.
Fair Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
B.E. / B. Tech / B. Sc. degree in a relevant field.
