Visit to learn more!Summary:We are seeking a Scrum Master experienced with Agile methodologies to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating Scrum ceremonies, guiding continuous improvement, and aligning development efforts with business goals. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.The identified candidate will work closely with the product development team to ensure that work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired quality. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring that the team is consistently meeting its objectives.Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience working in Software Development or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Scrum Master, with strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other related activities.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, and Kanban are preferred.
Experience working with tools such as Rally, Jira, or a tool of a similar nature is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate Agile processes such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress, assisting in removing these obstacles to ensure a successful delivery.
Coordinate with the Product Manager to identify and prioritize product roadmap and backlog.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues, as well as KPIs to stakeholders.
Ensure the team follows Agile framework and principles for the delivery of high-quality products/solutions on time and within budget.
