  • Assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks and deliverables.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, sales, etc.) to track project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates.
  • Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
  • Participate in team meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, management, or any related field.
  • Good to have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, MS Project) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities.
