- Supporting Brand/SSP teams in planning, modelling and tracking of SRM actions through robust data analytics
- Ownership of in-year SRM tracking & tools & communications
- Contribute towards building of SRM strategy in QPS, TKIs, Sales Release, Brand LRPs
- Support price/trade goals with relevant insights from SRM tools, competitive reporting in BU Activation Forums
- Utilize key SRM tools such as Engine/MRR to monitor & drive trade efficiencies
- Collaboration with Central SRM and broader CMRA team
- Assisting in business partners’ development, coaching, and trainings related to SRM
- Actively create a positive culture for both SRM team and OU partners Develop and Drive Assessment of SRM Tactics
- Measure price execution relentlessly; adjust as needed
- Partner with L&D team for robust training plans
- Active role in business & planning meetings and events
- Ensure TAT is upheld via awareness on process requirements, meeting benchmark time estimates and through articulate expectation settings with the stakeholder.
- Guarantee data quality and accuracy through thorough comprehension of request, accurate application of tools/platforms with an eye for detail and a robust data & logic check.
- CI Mindset: develop and drive a lens of continuous improvement for the projects, process & larger team.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple projects including long range projects and own project scoping, to trouble shooting, collaborating to timely communication/iterations with peers and stakeholders to high impact completion and presentation.

- Master’s degree
- Comfort pulling, using, and analyzing multiple data sources, e.g. syndicated data
- Strong MS Office expertise and technical skills
- Natural curiosity, ability to operate in white space, comfort with quantitative and strategic problems, strong analytical skills, NAR business acumen, understanding of market dynamics
- Able to take objective perspective on consumer behavior and competitive landscape to help lead thinking and outcomes
- Ability to challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions to business challenges
- Understand financial impact of strategies and tactics and partner with Finance to develop Return on Net Sales, Margin, Profit implications
- Ability to coach, train, and demonstrate strong presentation skills
- Experience in Tableau
- Experience with data analysis, including Nielsen, SRM Tools such as Engine or Merch Return Report (MRR), and Trade Planner
- Experience in NAR FMCG/CPG business
- Experience with sales and/or marketing and/or finance
- Strong candidate will have both consumer pricing and trade analytics expertise
- Previous Revenue Management experience ideal
