Mobilize GCOE capabilities to deliver the Data, Analytics & AI strategy.
Partner with GBS Data, Analytics & AI teams to execute strategic priorities, including data ingestion, integration, asset creation, and reporting.
Lead agile delivery of data and AI initiatives, managing backlogs, prioritization, and execution.
Implement a modern data & analytics platform, ensuring best practices in data modeling, visualization, and UX.
Drive data governance, profiling, and remediation of data quality issues.
Deliver AI / Gen AI use cases to boost efficiency, agility, and insights.
Mentor and train the GCOE team while staying ahead of industry best practices.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data management, strategy, and delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra (Informatica, Reltio a plus).
Hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, and UI/UX principles.
Deep knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Proven success in Agile delivery of data products and use case-driven backlog management.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
