CTC: ₹4 LPAJob Summary:We are hiring a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in refrigeration & air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment, with basic understanding of electrical/electronic/instrumentation systems.Key Responsibilities:Provide prompt after-sales service to customers at sitePerform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve technical complaints efficientlySupport customers to maximize equipment uptimeConduct leak testing and brazing without failureWork closely with the spares team for timely parts dispatchDeliver on-site customer training and assist junior techniciansActively participate in product/process improvement initiativesEnsure high-level customer satisfaction and relationship buildingSkills & Attributes Required:Expertise in refrigeration system installation & servicingGood communication and customer service orientationBasic knowledge of electrical/instrumentation componentsProficiency in brazing and leak testingStrong interpersonal skills and a positive attitudeWillingness to travel to customer locations as needed
