- Lead daily restaurant operations and conduct shift briefings.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
- Oversee cash handling, banking, and security procedures.
- Prepare daily banking, cash flow, and P&L reports.
- Supervise menu design, wine list updates, and service standards.
- Manage stock control, indenting, and inventory.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained to high standards.
- Drive manpower planning, staff training, and development.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores through proactive service.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or F&B Service (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 6-7 years in F&B operations, with at least 3 year in a supervisory/managerial role (preferably in hotels).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Literacy skills - reading, writing, and basic maths.
- A flexible approach to work (including weekends and holidays).
- Physically fit - role requires being on your feet most of the day, occasional lifting/pushing up to 23 kg.
