Optimize and write complex SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution. Contribute to API development and integration tasks as needed. Utilize AWS cloud services for monitoring, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and production support. Proficiency in either .NET or Java. Strong SQL skills, including query writing and performance optimization. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
