As our team expands, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with potential business partners to build new business opportunities for the company. Experience in the furniture, interior design, and architecture industry will be highly regarded. Strong communication skills and relationship building skills are also highly critical for success in this role. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities Formulate quarterly plans and targets with the Directors. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow sales and help the company expand. Create opportunities with Luxury Brands currently not present in our portfolio. Identify and implement strategies to approach and develop long term collaborations with Architects/Interior Designers. Develop and implement strategies to increase the conversion of sales queries into actual orders. Manage a team of Interior Designers/Architects for delivering the drawings and quotations for sales queries. Handle end to end client liaison for projects assigned to you. Work with creative consultants and Directors to improve brand communication. Qualifications & Skills Experience in the Furniture/Interior design/Architecture industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Focused and goal-oriented Ability to think critically and take initiative Fluent written and verbal communication in English
