- Technical skills:
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel. Knowledge of Python will be a plus.
- Knowledge of basic statistics will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of database management, reporting and analysis
- Ability to prepare technical documentation like product issue logs, user manuals, product release notes and troubleshooting guides
- Ability to work on complex, unique technical issues, and research possible solutions using a combination of consulting and testing
- Business acumen:
- Basic knowledge in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Problem-solving skills:
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to get to the bottom of the issue
- Ability to do abstract problem-solving and ideation
- Ability to take up major collaborative efforts across various departments for issue resolution and product design
- Soft skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task & prioritize with minimal supervision
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic background
