Job Title Discipline Manager - Boiler pressure parts Job Description 15 to 20 years of experience with Boiler pressure parts design and detailing. Experience in the design and detail engineering of various Utility and Industrial boilers. Should have experience in designing new and retrofit boilers. Experience with WHB and WTE boilers is preferred. Knowledge and experience in using relevant codes, IBR and ASME Section-I, are mandatory. Strong understanding and experience in designing and detailing various boiler internals, -pressure parts, and structures such as panels, economizer, super-heater, reheater, headers, drums, banks, and Boiler-proper piping. Thorough understanding of manufacturing requirements and erection requirements. Guide and Mentor the team working on the design and detail engineering of fabrication and erection arrangement drawings. Perform Quality check of the Design, Fabrication, and Erection drawings. Hand-on CAD experience with AutoCAD and (or) SolidWorks is required. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to collect the input, review the design.
