- Work closely with the SAP Business One Manager to provide functional and technical support to existing SAP B1 users across departments.
- Monitor system usage, resolve user-reported issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle user access control, data validations, and basic troubleshooting for SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Production.
- Conduct user training sessions and create help documents.
- Assist the SAP B1 Manager in planning and executing new SAP B1 projects, including new module implementations, system upgrades, and rollouts to new business units or locations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, and user acceptance phases for new implementations.
- Support data migration, system configuration, and initial data setups for new projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners for smooth project execution.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement within the current SAP B1 setup.
- Document functional specifications, workflows, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation and support.
- Solid understanding of core SAP B1 modules: Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.
- Experience with SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and data migration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
