Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development In Sales. This role is based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India and is a Full-Time position. As a Business Development In Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for our company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and reaching out to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on lead generation and closing deals. If you are a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, we want to hear from you! Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in business development Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of market research techniques Proficiency in MS Office Energetic and self-motivated Ability to travel as required Required Experience : 1 to 3 Years from POS industry and FMCG retails experience Education : Any Bachelor's degree Roles And Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management
