We are looking for a highly skilled product management professional who has a proven track record of owning, driving and delivering product roadmaps end to end - with expertise on user retention, product marketing and monetisation. This person would be working closely with the Product/Business Head to drive lead generation and user generated content charter on the HT Auto website, strategise and build consumer journeys. Responsibilities: Understanding user behavior and needs, identify gaps and come up with ideas to enhance the user experience, funnels and drive growth. Translate product strategy/roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize tasks based on business, customer impact and resource availability Implement A/B testing, user segmentation, and other growth hacking techniques to drive monetization and conversion rates. Liaisoning among various stakeholders like business, marketing, content, design and technology for smooth execution. Track impact and trends corresponding to product changes that went live Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in B2C product management with automobile /classifieds focused websites BTech / MBA or equivalent from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges Have an eye for detail and good understanding of UI/UX Problem solver and analytical in approach - hands-on experience with tools like GA, SQL, Hotjar, Webengage, Clevertap, etc. Good communication and presentation skills
