IT Systems Administrator Fulltime role Location: Hyderabad ( On-site) Experience 5+ years of relevant Desktop Support experience Hands on experience to provide technical assistance to end users and support to local IT systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 Operating system. Be familiar with Windows features like Bit locker, Hello, Defender. Knowledge of M365 applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams. Independently handle assigned tier 2 calls. Be able to diagnose, analyze and solve complex problems related to all end user devices & applications. Should have knowledge of Network printers, SCCM, Active Directory & Networking. Perform machine builds and support pc refresh cycles. Contribute to assigned projects. Attend conference calls and meetings with project team members from around the world.
