Retail and Corporate Banking: Deposits, Loans, Cash, Collections, Payments, Forex, Trade Finance, Liquidity Management, KYC
Lending (Securitized, Unsecure, Mortgages)
Payments and Cards - Payment networks, Switch
Regulatory and Compliance
Treasury and Investment Banking
Wealth Management

Technical experience of working on defining banks solution and technology architecture, interfaces specification and data model mapping. Experience on process workflow tools & mapping & API tools and core banking solutions such as Infosys Finacle, Temenos T24, FIS profile/Modern Banking Platform, Oracle Core Banking and any Next Gen Core Banking platform would be added advantage.Your client responsibilities:

Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques

Mandatory skills:

Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Being a facilitator for the team and between the team and the stakeholders
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Removing impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Experience in a scrum master role
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean, Crystal, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Tools to manage agile product (Jira,ClickUp,GitHub Project management, Miró board, etc….)
Scrum master certification is required.

Education and experience - Mandatory

MBA/ MCA/ BE/ BTech or equivalent with banking industry experience of 7 to 12 years
