It's a great time to join us and make an impact in shaping the future of our business.Job DescriptionPurpose of the Job:This role is responsible for supporting the Global Transportation & Logistics Team to manage and maintain internal department data accuracy, prepare reports, conduct analytics pertaining to transportation performance and lead data management improvements across multiple Rotork facility master systems.This role involves a project duration of 12 months.Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

Daily execution of Rotork Global Transportation Programme data migration to Rotork Logistics Partners.
Follow up and execute on error reports pertaining to above, working in conjunction with Rotork suppliers and facilities to correct erroneous data.
Maintain Global Transportation master files.
Populate and prepare Global scorecards for Transportation.
Populate and prepare regional scorecards for Transportation.
Support Regional Transportation leads with facility performance management.
Oversee successful data migration to new Rotork ERP platforms as part of global projects.

Process

Work with the Regional Transportation Leaders, Business SMEs, Rotork Logistics Partners, and Enterprise System Architects to maintain and continuously improve data and reporting processes.
Ensure the Operations process and standard operating procedures library is kept up to date, developing new documentation where required.

QualificationsPerson specification/Technical knowledge:

Minimum 2 years working in a transportation or supply chain role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfort working in a high-pressure environment, in agile and dynamic way to tackle unexpected & emerging issues.
Experience managing senior internal & external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions and resolve issues.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
