- Candidate will be responsible to manages team members within DBS Tech IT Operations.
- This position is responsible for overseeing and managing DBS Tech IT systems and IT operational activities.
- The IT Tech Lead will oversee the strategic planning, procurement, implementation, security, protocols, and management of Information Technology solutions in use by DBS and the IT operational activities associated with them.
- This position required a person with strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and well versed with WAN/LAN topologies and architectures. Candidate should be comfortable with PC and server operating systems including Windows10, Windows 11, Print Servers Windows Server 2016/19, Microsoft Active Directory and Domains, Microsoft DNS, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Able to manage life cycle of IT assets and do the audit management
- Able to conduct tabletop exercises
- Ability to understand complex networks and expertise in routing, switching and firewalls
- Thorough knowledge of IT & computer fundamentals and peripheral and software operations including word processing, spreadsheets, system management software, and development tools
- Able to liaison with head office and do a strong stakeholder management
- Exposure to Risk assessment and Risk management
- Ability to demonstrate skill in the use and resolve of complex IT issues
- Ability to work independent and do systems and network design on his own
- Ability to lead technical initiatives in the organization
- Able to manage audit and compliance independently
