- India based Data Engineer to support the financial crime data engineering team in particular deploy data into Snowflake from Oracle platforms via data pipelines built in streamsets and with data moving via AWS S3 and Snowflake.
- DE needed from 29th Apr'24 to 13th Sept'24.
- The engineers will have a clear delivery to meet (the migration of data using methods outlined in step 1 for the Anti Bribery and Corruption program within NWG) however we believe there are other requirements that they will be able to deliver in this space so ideally we would require the first engineer to be a technical i.e. able to:
- Build data pipelines in technologies outlines
- Work with stakeholders directly on building end to end project plans and full requirements document
- Able to produce documentation that is audit ready for the pipelines outlined in the above
- Able to work with the team to flesh out additional Engineering requirements in the team (there is then scope to extend the engagement to the end of the year should we deliver this outcome well and identify other areas of support)
- Support the engineering team on other keeping the show on the road requirements during the engagement period as these are briefed in (it is expected the engagement on the ABC pipelines will not be full time and the stakeholders are aware of this).
