Job Title: Assistant Manager – Business FinanceLocation: Vikhroli West, MumbaiIdeal Candidate Profile:We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) – this is a mandatory requirement. Both freshers and CAs with 1–2 years of experience will be considered, especially those who are looking to build their careers in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good grasp of financial concepts, and a proactive approach to collaborating with cross-functional teams.Role Overview:As an Assistant Manager – Business Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimizing costs, and managing financial resources. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to develop and execute financial strategies, as well as analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for different business units.

Analyze variances between actuals and budgets; identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Support strategic planning with scenario modeling

Revenue & Cost Analysis:

Track and evaluate revenue streams (e.g., direct sales, subscription, advertising).
Analyze cost drivers including customer acquisition cost (CAC), fulfillment, logistics, and returns.
Ensure unit economics and contribution margins are healthy.

Business Partnering:

Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and tech teams to provide financial insights.
Help non-financial teams understand the financial implications of their initiatives.

KPI Reporting & Dashboards:

Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:-

Gross merchandise value (GMV)Average order value (AOV)Return on ad spend (ROAS)Customer lifetime value (CLTV)
