2. To meet and Deal with Dealers and manage them according to their requirements and needs.
3. To maintain healthy relationships with the Dealers and Retailers.
4. To appoint new dealers and retailers and encourage them to increase their sales.
5. To improve the sales through our channel partners like dealers and retailers and, also make different marketing strategies & do some creative work to push up the sales.
6. Finding out some premium projects like premium housing and other related project.
7. Dealing with the project from specification generation till the final closer of the Sales for the specification meeting with the architect and developer involved in the related project.
8. Solid technical background in Cement, Steel, Construction, and Building material Industries.
9. Sound Judgment and Good Business Sense.
10. Ability to Build Relationships with Clients Quickly.
11. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills 12. Relevant experience in corporate sales.
