- Actively monitor the ticket queue, classify, and resolve incidents.
- Troubleshoot end-user hardware, operating systems, network, and remote access issues.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, deletion, password resets, and group memberships.
- Document troubleshooting steps, adhere to SOPs, and support Service Desk operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server OS, Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure/365 or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Citrix, VMware Horizon View, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, printers, docking stations, and remote access issues.
