Responsible for developing and implementing lean shared services projects for customer / partner onboarding and ongoing compliance related to Know Your Customer (KYC), economic sanctions and anti-corruption compliance. Work with the Global Customer Onboarding leader and Compliance leader to resolve process gap areas of focus and build appropriate actions plans for continual improvement.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:Perform balance sheet reconciliationsResearch and follow up on open items based on the reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entries (accruals, reclassifications, adjustments, etc.)Support intercompany accounting including confirmations and reconciliationsAbility to perform in strong business partnering roles and deliver activities timely and accuratelyIdentify and escalate process issues to team leadsQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualificationsBachelor’s degree in commerceStrong R2R Background with relevant experienceProficiency in MS ExcelFamiliarity with ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, MS D365, etc.) is an advantagePreferred qualificationsExperience in reportingAbility to take client calls independentlyWorking experience in SAPSkills & AttributesGood communication skills & proactive approachAbility to manage & prioritize deliverablesWillingness to learn and apply new processes and toolsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentWhy join Genpact?
