How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Supplier Qualification ManagerKey responsibilities of the SQM are:Understand and internalize Air Liquide supplier qualification procedure and ensure Air Liquide's compliance requirements are met by vendors and the execution teamsPlan and organize supplier qualification activities in coordination with SQMCoordinate with the Supplier Qualification leaders for supplier qualification planningCoordinate with vendors based on the direction of buyers to introduce the qualification/ requalification activitiesEnsure that supplier qualifications and performance evaluations are performed in full respect of relevant E&C Directives, E&C Procedures and Group Requirements,Coordinate with vendors and organize for necessary documentationOrganize vendor documents received from vendor in google drives and manage sharing with relevantCoordinate and formalize the approvals from various disciplines internallyEnsure continuous tracking of approved suppliers, via a follow-up of qualifications and related risks, as well as providing advice related to the PO placement to suppliers at riskMaintain an Approved Suppliers List (ASL) which meets projects’ needs, via regular reviews and a strategic approach to critical vs. non-critical suppliers’ qualification,Coordinate with SRM team for supplier referential updates - create and modify records in SRM toolAnticipate and plan requalification of suppliers for continuous serviceCoordinate and organize performance evaluations of suppliersPrepare and share qualification dashboards for periodic review of SQM and center procurement directorEnsure capitalisation of key suppliers-related risks or issues, contributing to a continuous improvement of Procurement performanceAny other ad hoc activities related to procurement governance activitiesAre you a MATCH?Expected Competencies:Knowledge vendor qualification ProcessPlanning and driving qualification campaignsOrganizing vendor performance reviewsEducation: Engg.
