We are looking for dynamic Repair & Maintenance to help us train and keep our employees at their
optimum potential and hence attain our business goals.
What you’ll be doing:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the store's facilities, including lighting, AC,

plumbing, Refrigerator, electrical systems, GSB, Shutter.

Identify and engage with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance tasks.

Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best pricing and service

terms for maintenance of AMC and repair services.

Conduct repairs and maintenance on store fixtures, shelving, displays, and any other

store-related equipment.

Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and protocols.
Keep track of maintenance record keeping and repair supplies, and order new parts or

equipment as needed.

Prepare and submit bills and invoices related to maintenance and repair work to the

Accounts department for processing.
