GML Products help SMBs with access to Capital in innovative waysMeet our teamThe GML team (Global Merchant Lending) is part of SMB & Financial Services group within PayPal. The Team owns a variety of Lending Products like PayPal Working Capital, PayPal Business Loan etc. operating in markets across the world. GML products give SMBs, the access to the capital they need, but faster and easier than traditional loans. We call the Loan capital as "Dream fuel", which powers the SMBs to new heights by helping with their Working Capital needs like Inventory, Payroll, Marketing expenses. The GML products have already originated more than $20 Billion in funding to over 300k+ SMBs. The impact we have on our customers’ businesses is what drives us to innovate.Job Description:Your way to impactBuild innovative Lending products for SMB segment to fund their business growthAn opportunity to usher in the next wave of exponential growth for GML productsYour day to dayAs a Senior Product Manager in this role, you will:· Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for GML products that aligns with business goals and customer needs.· Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.· Collaborate with Engineering, Design and other teams to prioritize and deliver high quality features.· Build products across various surfaces and platforms (mobile app, website, internal tools, APIs) that makes our products compelling and reliable· Leverage data and experimentation to drive growth and optimize product performance· Work with a wide variety of business partners and operations teams to define and implement the strategy to scale these products globally· Inspire, collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization with your product vision and customer ObsessionWhat do you need to bringYou have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related fields.You have 8+ years of industry experience with 5+ years into product management.Experience in Fintech, payments, e-commerce, financial services industry, or similar is preferred. Prior experience with Lending Products is a plus.Prior experience in delivering successful and innovative Technology products from conception to launch with your fingerprints all over them.Exposure to working cross-functionally (with global business lines, engineering, and design etc..) and developing strong relationships that help build trust across partner teamsYou are familiar with systems thinking, analytics and experiment design, and basic software development concepts.You are Customer Obsessed, Deeply Analytical, excellent story teller, execution machineYou have a high bar across the board with a never-ending desire to grow and learnA true passion for PayPal’s mission, our products to create magical experiences for our customersAdditional Job Description:Subsidiary: PayPalTravel Percent: 0Our Benefits:
