Responsibilities Technology Specialization Recruiter will o Support the DivIHN Technology Specialization wing by sourcing and recruiting appropriate candidates. o Identify mid to senior-level talent that meets the requirements and has the skills and experiences o Constantly develop skills and knowledge base to become an SME in these functional areas through constant researching and implementation of innovative process methodologies Other Responsibilities played by members of this team o, Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates. These techniques include but are not limited to, cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations, etc. o Perform a high number of cold calls (phone) to develop leads with prospective candidates o Cultivate and build relationships, manage multiple job requisitions, and deliver on a high volume basis. o Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their corresponding search and determine fit opportunities. o Be flexible to stretch beyond working hours on an as-needed basis Qualifications Experienced Candidates: 1+ year of experience handling end-to-end US IT/Non-IT recruitment plus bachelors' degree required. Ideal candidate will have 3 months - 5 years of experience in US staffing with expertise in IT/Non-IT (Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance/Admin/Clerical/HR/Business Professional) recruitment for Direct-VMS Clients. We are also interested in recruiters who would like to switch from recruiting for Implementation partners to recruiting for Direct clients & RPO (in US Staffing) recruiters; adequate training will be provided to ensure we succeed as a team. Ideally, I should have experience working in a VMS-MSP environment for Direct Clients. Experience recruiting for Implementation partners or Tier 1 vendors with the right mindset in recruiting for Direct clients is also acceptable. Must have solid experience in recruiting on W2 (primarily) & Corp to Corp (US Citizens, GC Holders, H1b, EAD) tax terms. Responsibility will include understanding Job descriptions, sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, and submitting resumes based on the client's needs. Develop Boolean search string with tight parameters to ensure the right fit the first time. Solid understanding of recruiting best practices. Must be comfortable sourcing via ATS.'
