This role focuses on manual testing processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of software products.Responsibilities:
  • Review functional and design specifications to understand project requirements.
  • Create and execute detailed manual test cases and test scenarios based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects clearly.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
  • Validate that deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
  • Reproduce issues, verify fixes, and ensure resolution quality.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects efficiently.
  • Maintain test documentation including test cases, test data, and reports.
  • Participate in test planning and review sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify potential quality risks and escalate them proactively.
  • Ensure timely execution of test cycles and meet project deadlines.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
  • Experience in writing clear and structured test cases and bug reports.
  • Basic understanding of databases, debugging, and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
