- Provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications - primarily Finance and SCM modules.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain OIC integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems (e.g., banks, tax systems, legacy ERPs, etc.).
- Resolve issues related to inbound and outbound integrations, APIs, file transfers, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.
- Support Incidents, problems and minor and major enhancements, custom objects, and technical configurations.
- Analyze and resolve data issues, bulk uploads (FBDI, ADFDI), and data corrections in coordination with functional teams.
- Work closely with Oracle Support (MOS) to log and manage Service Requests (SRs) for technical issues.
- Assist in patch analysis, regression testing, and post-patch verifications to ensure technical customizations continue to work as expected.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent fixes for recurring technical issues.
- Coordinate with functional teams and business users to gather technical requirements and translate them into design and build activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, reports, and custom objects.
- Assist with user training for custom reports, data uploads, and integrations monitoring.
- Follow best practices for security, data privacy, and change control.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical support roles.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring integrations.
- Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, and SQL for report development and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with FBDI templates, ADFDI, and data import/export processes in Fusion Cloud.
- Good understanding of Fusion Cloud Finance and SCM modules from a technical perspective.
- Experience in managing issues related to workflows, approvals, and technical configurations.
- Ability to analyze logs and error reports to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with functional consultants, business users, and Oracle Support.
- Experience with PaaS extensions (Visual Builder, PCS).
- Knowledge of Fusion security, roles, and privileges.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) monitoring.
- Basic PL/SQL experience for legacy data extraction and conversions.
