  • Job Description Job Title: AVP - Supply Chain / Procurement / Manufacturing (Multiple Roles) Location: NCR/Mumbai Travel Requirement: 80-90% About the Role We are looking for dynamic professionals with a strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations. As part of the EY-Parthenon - Performance Improvement team, you will work on driving operational excellence and transformation programs. The role involves diagnosing client challenges, designing pragmatic solutions, and leading end-to-end implementation across diverse functions. Key Responsibilities Assess, design, and implement solutions across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory, network planning, procurement, and manufacturing. Partner with clients to diagnose performance gaps and deliver measurable impact. Drive operational excellence initiatives through structured problem solving and analytical rigor. Work in high-paced, client-facing environments with significant travel exposure. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's and master's degree in engineering or related discipline. Experience: 3+ years in supply chain consulting, procurement, or operations. Core Skills: Strong analytical ability, advanced MS Excel, and excellent presentation skills. Tools Exposure: Familiarity with SCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or similar platforms. Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and manage projects within tight deadlines. Specific skill set: Procurement Transformation, Sourcing strategy development, Digital procurement, Supplier Relationship management, Source to Pay process, Contract Management, Inventory Management, Vendor Management Inventory, Catalogue Management, Network Optimization, Total Cost of ownership optimization, Value Engineering initiatives.
