People Management Recruiting Leading Sales team to meet Revenue and Profit Targets.Ability to motivate, develop and Influence team members towards achieving organizational and personal objective Dealer: Appointing distributor to ensure wide reach of company across West North Region Sales Target: Responsible for achieving Monthly and Annual EPC Sales targets with key customers(EPC/ Developers) in West North Region. Tenders: Handle teams for preparation and submission for MW Bids, Pre-Bid Meetings and evaluation of tender to decide the strategy to Bid/Not Bid.Tracking Govt. tenders/projects in the market approaching influencers /Decision makers /successful bidders for EPC work. Provide exact Monthly Quarterly Forecast for Order Booking Revenue. Interfacing with customers, preparation submission of Techno- Commercial proposals, ROI, participating in tenders consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body, negotiating with customer. Responsible for maintaining public relations and Handling all central and state Government liasoning work Conduct market survey analysis; identify new profitable product product lines, Competitor Analysis, Market Intelligence. Steering as leader for complete Portfolio spread across Western Northern Region including all the activities from Identifying the Customer, Getting the Orders, PPA Signing, executing the project to getting the CFA Developing strong relationship and building partnership with customers, ecosystems partners Ensure implementation of pre-sales, sales, after-sales processes. Managing corporate, key customers and supplier relationships. Monitoring and ensuring Credit policy, RM forecasting, Production Plan to PPC, Dispatch Plan to Logistics. Business Development and Strategy Formulation Sales Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking, Regulatory and Policy Development, Portfolio Management, Bid and MA Strategy Timely Review/updates on ERP and to CRM Skills Ability to develop a national, strategic sales plan and work with a team to implement and execute the strategy. Experience in managing dynamic teams of EPC Sales professionals Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quota targets Proven ability to communicate with partners at all levels within an organization Excellent presentation skills Ability to exercise follow-up on commitments. Proven success with sales ability and demonstrated knowledge of sales process
