2. Exposure into LWC, experience in integration, experience in migration from classic to lightning.
3. Minimum 2 years in telecom project with salesforce technology.
4. Exposure into CI/CD, Dev Ops usage.
5. Well versed with Agile way of development.
6. Extensive experience of implementing end to end CRM solution using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
7. Experience in working on proposals, estimating scope of work and supporting pre-sales activities.
8. Transforming business requirement into Salesforce functional and technical requirements.
9. Expertise in Lead Management process, Quote to Cash process, Case Management and Call Centre process.
10. Conducting customer workshop during project discovery, preparing end to end Solution design documents, and working with development team as per project requirement.
11. Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyse performance, package and deploy solutions to the client's Salesforce.com organization.
12. Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these into technical solutions.
13. Experience of Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API
