- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels (online/offline) and convert them into admissions.
- Student Counseling: Understand the academic and career objectives of prospective students and suggest appropriate IT Shaala courses.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all courses, certifications, batches, and training schedules offered by IT Shaala.
- CRM Management: Update and manage leads and student interactions using CRM tools.
- Admissions Process: Guide students through the entire admission process including documentation, fee payment, and onboarding.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Reporting: Maintain and report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics on leads, conversions, and feedback to the admissions team.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with trainers, operations, and marketing teams for smooth functioning of admissions and onboarding processes.
- Customer Service: Address queries, complaints, or concerns from prospective and enrolled students in a timely and professional manner.
